Faster--want some advice? Go! Calgary one of the friendliest towns in the world, go up at labour day and hit rodeo/get together @ Patricia, do Calgary, Banff, come back thru black diamond, turner valley, pincher creek, spend a night in waterton, super time of yr to do glacier. Keep gas tank full when heading south outa Banff area.
 
We have been there, need to go again. When we went, we visited BMR, gcreek, SSAP, JD Balerman, per, and a few more. It was delightful and we WILL go again. Can't go Labor Day weekend, but maybe later. Thanks for the tips. We went from Sask. to Alaska, to BC and back to Montana. It took us 30 days and made friends for life. Can't believe we were gone that long. Western Canada is a wonderful place with great people.
