Solar Water tank Heaters

We are looking for solutions...The freezerless tanks won't work for us as where we winter feed, it is generally 12-14 inches of dirt, then Basalt....

I have looked for a Solar Powere Water Tank heating system before, anyone ever see one? I would rather resolve this while it is 100 degrees here rather than when the ice shows up,

I was also looking for a solar powered heater but didn't have any luck. Keln Solar is supposed to have a solar powered aerator, that they have improved on recently. They claim it will keep your trough ice free in our climate. If it works here it has to work where you are. We're also going to try a Koenders windmill -aerator on an oversized watertrough this winter to help keep the ice off. Talked to one producer who has a 16 foot deep dugout. The windmill kept about a two foot wide hole open all winter. Which is saying a lot for this country. If this helps or you need website adresses let me know and I'll try to dig them up.
