GREEN--GREEN as far as they eye can see!! What a breath-taking view from the top!! Now, THAT is my kind of country!! Couple nice looking bucks in that last shot, too!!!

The deer are mule deer in velvet, so their antlers are thick and fuzzy right now.
As to drawbacks of living in this country - there are some, but you gotta take the good with the bad. There will be a lot of fuel for fire shortly, as the grass is maturing off, and fire scares the heck out of me! There are lots of places where the trees are not so scenic, in fact they are just too darn thick to get thru. Of course not all of the pics are taken on our place, just in the general area. I work for a grazing association, so I don't spend much time on our place in the summer.
As to the size of the deer antlers, northern Saskatchewan deer make ours look pretty small.
