The only feed store for 10 miles is for sale in McDade,Texas.. Small
grocery store attached.. No,not mine,or any of mine,thought it might be of interest..

I'd have to say just the fact that it's in Texas, you have the death penalty, and you use it, makes it more appealing than the indvidual features of the property. :lol: Just from the perspective of a Canadian farmboy.

One of the last general stores in Saskatchewan is for sale in Pierceland. McClelland's has more tack and harnass than any other store I've been in anywhere. It's an awesome place right on the edge of great fishing and hunting. If your a saddle bronc fan-it's in Mel Coleman's hometown.
