Sorting cows for age. We took advantage of a very nice Sunday, and shipped out 160 cows that were sold by private treaty. It was a fine day for the job.

When you do compare BBQs take some pics. I love cattle and many of the interesting things you post Soapweed but I must say that Sparky's Shop would be a highlight for me of a Nebraska visit. Sparky captures all the positive aspects of eclectic and eccentric. Maybe a new word could be invented for him.
