They are free standing panels H, chained together. They have two, four foot long "feet" welded at the bottom to hold them up.
We have quite a collection of 24 foot fence panels of same design. They are very handy and setting them up is just like playing farm all over again.

That's a neat set up. I like how you can place where ya want and not have the problems with permanent corrals like manure. Don't let this go to your head.
