Difference in Cosby is that the DA had a case/evidence and wanted to move forward here from what I gather in the article.

I don't think anyone saved a blue dress from Cosby.

Not saying anything about the Coach one way or the other as I don't know enough about what a school can do when charges aren't even being filed but this lady stopped her own justice- sadly it's what many rape victims do.
