Who hasn't had to finess dealing with an elderly man? Even when the old timer is a real pain, a decent person could have done a thousand things besides throwing a frail elderly person to the ground. While cop wood may have legal excuse to restrain the villainous old man, he doesn't exhibit the skills and talents necessary to serve and protect. I see an obvious link between a cop needlessly and shamefully roughing up a confused old man and later controlling a situation that results in another citizen being executed.

(If you didn't read the link, cop wood threw down and arrested a frail old man because he stood up out of his car during a 10mph over traffic stop asking what the stop was about)
