There is no point in re-inventing the wheel P.C. if the information is out there (not "research" which is self serving for the marketer), then good on any one who can benefit by using public domain information for their own benefit. A couple of traditional cattle breed ranchers are interested in using the Veldmaster breeding principles to turn around their productivity but they are not developing a composite as is the \veldmaster.

this is how we do it in Alberta take a black cow breed to a Roan or white shorthorn and you have those great blue roan offspring
