Trailer in the making.

After Jinglebob's saddle he wanted a few others to show some work here's the trailer I am building right now.It's a 8x28 stock trailer the rear 1/2 will have an open roof to haul a wagon.

Closeup of fender wells going in. There is 18 ft. of weld on each fender they are 12 gauge metal welded solid.A trailer this size will take about a 44# spool of welding wire 5 gallons of primer and about 10 to 12 gallon's of paint.

Two guys working 10 hour days can build one in 6 days.So about 120 hours more or less.

can you show a "spool" of wire?
What do you start as a base? Do you make it from the ground up?

what are you patterning it off of? it looks alot like a Circle D.

I have built nearly 800 trailers since 1989 we gathered ideas from all brands of trailers back then but have been building them this way since the 10th or 15th trailer.

PM me some more details on your trailers. We are looking for a 26-28 ft stock trailer and yours look like they are built right.
