To keep Gcreek from being bored I thought a few more pics might help. I hauled a few steers to the market the other day.

Patriotic personnel.

Bigger than a Fla Cracker

Odd markings for a cow around these parts.

No cats to be found on the Catwalk. There are however several rather spoiled resident cats around.

For those who like trucks.

Day coming to an end.

Hope the calves sold allright for ya. I'm still grinning about the "if ya fell off you'd die" comment. I keep a bungee jumping rope tied around my waist and back to the horn. Right before I hit the rocks it jerks me right back in the saddle! If I'd a thought of this when I was riding bulls I have shed's full of buckles!

That's why I ride Ol' Red. Not so far to fall but sometimes the impact is just as sudden. :D

Thanks Per.

Didja get enough to keep yourself in pop money for a few days? :D
The steers were for a neighbor and brought $715 for low 600 weights. I also took a cull cow in and bagged $586 which won't keep us going for too long.

Justin the rig I was driving was somewhat smaller.

sending some yearlings tom sale and a cvut to the feedlot on Tuesday. I got a good batch of breeding heifers vcoming so wasnt to make sure i have the grasss.A bunch of good land up for tender too-a guy could put a 500 cow outfit together.

Went to the highschool rodeo tonight. Got to cold for me so we came home. I talked to a few friends in the know and anything bovine is bringin good. 600 lb average calfs were bringin around 680.00. That's real good for around here. Cull cows were good to. 2000, 600 lb calfs went threw the okechobee market and the price held steady.
