Tru-Test XR5000 Help

We have purchased the XR500 have found it works great chute side, the problem I am having is getting the information off the scale into a spreadsheet. Anyone have any experience tips to help. We use AIMS cattle management software and getting the information into AIMS is another can of worms. The features are amazing unfortunately I don't seem to be as smart as the 5th graders that they told me should be able to operate it. Any tips or clues would sure be appreciated.

If you bought it new the dealer should be helping you get the most out of the scale.
