Thanks to all that had replied about the weather and a special thanks to mjr
I do have to apologize that I didn't take the camera with me to take pictures of the trip. I was a very quick one and we are glad to be home :?
The weather from our place tell the east of Great Falls was snowy with snow covered roads. Once we got to Lewistown we had gotten ahead of the storm and it was good tell Roundup where we ran into snow but the roads where bare. The rest was clear sailing.
We hit MO in 80 degree sunny weather. Sat it started to clowd over and that evening the heavens opened and it down pored with thunder and lightning.
Sun mor we left to clowds and ran into rain west of Des mone Iowa and had the odd shower into SD. We hit Rapid City with snow and stayed in Belle Fourche for the night.
Left this morn to part clowdy skies and headed west. Hit weather west of Lewistown and snowed north of Great Falls tell we got home. (we are 1 1/2 hr north of the border).
That was our trip. We seen some pretty country and it was green or getting green all the way down.
mrj you sure have some pretty country down there. I was down that way when I was a kid and my folks and I headed to Mo to visit our friend down there. But you allways forget some things.
I will post a pic of our latest addition.
The boss said I should have taken pics with my phone but I didn't know how I would get them onto the computer so he didn't take any.
