I only get these aches during the cold weather months and before a storm or a big change. I ache all over tonight and a cold front will be crashing through tomorrow. Low tomorrow night is 14 (F).
May not be much consolation, but you're not alone in that affliction! :? In my birth family, a big drop in barometric pressure has a tendency to trigger migraines, another nice one . . .
Sometimes this stuff tends to make me grumpy until I remember that I can get up, go out and work or play in spite of a few twinges. And then my lot in life seems pretty good, even though a bit uncomfortable.
