It is not just everyone who has a pet bear in their backyard and a pet coyote in the front yard. The wife says we live in a zoo. Except it is us caged in the house with the critters looking in the windows to see what the people are doing. The bear is in the yard daily. Most days it shows up well after dark and is gone by first light. But occasionally they come in for a mid day snack. They have moved to the backyard tree as those apples are becoming ripe. Mainly I have been seeing this goofy young coyote out by the river. But this morning he was cleaning up apples that the bear missed in the front yard. To think people drive miles and pay to go to wildlife parks. We just look out the window.
