Big muddy it would no different than 100 degrees at 10:00 and humitity so high a fish could almost swim threw the air. Bein on a hot horse and when u get a little shade, the skeeters and yeller flyes tote u off. Or crossin a slough or a canal and haven a 12 ft gater gittin after a cowdog. And u tryin to get to the dog, beatin the gator off with a whip handle. Or gettin caught in a thunder storm and lightin strikin so close the hair sticks up on your arm. And as far as yankees, if they invaded your peace of paridise you'd feal about like we do. and if southern folks invaded your state, I garantee that they would not be a bunch of biggity, bitchin snobs.
