I see where the forest circus had a prescribed burn over toward Bend. It got out of control and jumped a county road on to some private property. The forest circus burn boss got arrested. The comments are flying. My question is how many years did the Hammonds sit in prison for a prescribed burn that got out of control and burnt a little BLM sagebrush?

Way too many.

Park Service did a controlled burn 2 days ago on west and north side of the tower. Hey, did one a few years ago on the south side that did escape the park. Oh, they spray but still have a good crop of leafy spurge. Along with keeping a large prairie dog town right at one edge of the park

B and some others had a prescribed burn between Ebell Creek and Dry Creek yesterday. Burning off some sage brush. He had told me if anyone calls to not worry about it unless it was him calling.

I talked to B. He said their fire did jump the line and burn a little on the neighbor's. But he said the neighbor was standing there and wanted them to burn his off too. So he didn't get arrested like the forest circus guy or the Hammands.

The forest circus guy wasn't near Bend like the article said. I knew something wasn't adding up when it said it was the Malhuer National Forest and the landowner checked the water in the Silvies River. Both of those are a long ways from Bend. Turns out it was the Grant County sheriff out of John Day who arrested him.

This has got pretty close to the neighborhood where Finley (?) was killed. When they took over part of the refuge in protest over the Hammonds being sent to prison. If the Hammonds were guilty of domestic terrorism how about this forest circus employee? The article said how all the locals didn't like federal employees. Gee, I wonder why that would be.....

Find out who the sheriff is please. I'd love to donate $100 to his re-election 😁😁😁
The sheriff is Todd McKinley. Grant County has a really great sheriff dept. Since John Day no longer has a police force, the sheriff dept was strengthed. Great group of men and women. I have a couple of friends down there, one a heavily tattooed war veteran and they say the law is for all the citizens, not a chosen few or protected criminals.

I bet that darn guy who started the burn has a face tattoo and a pierced belly button!!! 😂😂😂😂
Thankfully the sheriff is a nice clean cut guy who wears starched dockers and golf shirts. Whew!!!
He is a federal employee so we wont go into his life style choices. They have a don't ask don't tell policy. Is his purple hair natural....... only his hair dresser knows for sure.

Apparently, webfoot didn't get the memo that the FS revised their policy to "We are going to tell you repeatedly regardless of whether you asked or not." Employees are required to be gender-neutral, carbon-neutral, IOW ....... nurtured. :ROFLMAO:
