That was dang funny OT... it's so cold here, the stud horse is a gelding now... and speaking of which, I went to the dinner dance for Chase Hawks last night--had to get out and see something that wasn't gelded, cut, pregnant, bovine, equine, or canine..at least physically.. and the turn out...

Ok Oldtimer, now you are off the hook for not coming to Chase Hawks. Blowing, snowing, freezing cold here too. The thermometer is at -7 but the wind is something screeching and bitter. Why is it, around July, I develop some amnesia that makes me think, "huh, last winter wasn't too bad...."...

I have tickets to the dinner/dance at the Holiday.. get out here.. supposed to warm up by the weekend.. besides it is the last big Billings event until Midland Bull Sale!

Ya know, neither of them sounds familiar.. I know ranchers out this way mostly by last name...alot of places have been bought out around here by corporations...I am lucky to still be on a 'family' outfit.. Stay warm... :)

Next time you are in there.. ask for Carol and tell her Cindy in Montana says hello. I keep promising a visit, but it's been a year or two. I am SE of Bridger.. near the Pryor Mountains and just a tiny bit from Wyo. Find Billings on the map and head SE. I miss Rudy's BBQ as well.. and all...
