We always boil and skin it. After it is cooled we slice for sandwitches. With a dab of mustard on some homemade bread it is one of the better cuts of beef! :cowboy:
I had them one year in the orchard. I would have blamed it on kids if there would have been tracks  It was before many folks had computers so it took some time to figure it out.
From what I can tell the export mkt. is going to use more corn than the biofuel shortfall will be. The falling dollar and people that can now afford some meat in China and Asia are the big drivers of the prices.
Iremember seeing ''sir sam 21?'' at the american royal in kansas city in the 60's. Does that name sound right Mike? He really looked impresive compared to the english breeds at the time. I remember that the first char. bull we bought was a 1/2 blood because that was about all that was available...
Yes they do load quickly, that is why I like it :D Some other photos posted on the board take up to a full minute to load on my dialup so I just move on!! Thanks again.
Macon I like it a lot!!!!!!!!! I like seeing the pictures in spite of being on a slow dial up. The photo contest takes so long to load that I usualy give up on it
