well not quite 1850 but in November 1856 this ole wagon was built. We went up to Colorado Springs last weekend for the WRCA Rodeo and Chuckwagon cook off. I was surprised that they still held the event. Me and my best friend.

BMR, I'm sure glad you asked if we were all safe and not "sane". The storm started here about 3 AM Monday with rain, had 1.4" in the gauge before it started snowing about 2 PM on Monday, added .6 after the change to snow. Im not sure how accurate that is, since it came in laterally about 40 mph...

I lived up there in the 80's and 90's and everyone I talk to is sucking up those checks like a bunch of Chicago voters. They did it in the 80's and will do it again. But the real trouble is for the local people that don't own the land or minerals. Booms drive the whole economy in the toilet...
