    Soapweed

I hate to be a pain in the butt, but is it possible for you to make your pictures smaller? It takes forever to download them on dial-up, sometimes I even get disconnected because my computer thinks it's tired. I'm missing out on a pile of pictures!

    Todays the day

Congratulations!!!! I remember that feeling of making that last land payment, it's a mixture of joy and relief. Time to do a "happy" dance!

    Cherish your friend's

Denny, those were awful nice words you said about your friends. My heart goes out to you. And you're right, a person's true friends are irreplaceable, and as such should be cherished.

    Congrats Big Muddy

Way to go, BMR! The magazine made an excellent choice for their cover. I caught that episode of Mantracker, you epitomize (sp?) what I think of when I think cowboy.

What do you need to Cross???

NR, as was said before, you need your birth certificate and a photo id (preferably a driver's license) to cross the border. A passport makes things a whole lot easier though. Just a suggestion, but why don't you drive down to Saskatoon and apply for it instead of going through the mail. The trip...

    What Have You Been Doing?

Me? Not much. The guys? Finishing up baling, helping a good friend finish up combining, thinking about starting to spray, thinking about shipping calves, thinking about cleaning corrals, thinking about hauling bales. We're real good at thinking about!

    Update Dunn Mountain Fire

Glad to hear you got some much needed rain. I have to give you credit Hanta. You seemed to remain calm and strong in a very bad situation. If it was me ........... well, let's just say, it wouldn't be pretty.

    Good Sunday Mornin'

I guess you could say I'm not a religious person in the conventional way, I don't do church and I rarely talk to God. But, I do believe in Him, I see proof that he exists every day. It could be the tiniest thing that proves He's around, like one single solitary flower growing where no others do...

    Hey Phantom

This guy, Phantom, you're talking about, he wouldn't happen to be a chuckwagon racer by any chance? If so, I think I know who he might be.

    No till farming

What kind of drill are you talking, Nicky? Best friend has a set of International hoedrills, and he can seed right into the stubble without working it first. All he does is maybe harrow a bit before he does seed. Us, we use a Flexicoil airdrill. Can go through stubble without much trouble...
