my ex would tell you "pickle juice...straight outta the jar", but this nurse would not exactly "recommend" that one....instead i will tell you to get some zicam lozenges, drink enough water to refloat the titanic, get lots and lots of rest, take a few hot showers or (better yet) a few hot baths...

weather has been (and looks to continue to be) unseasonably warm and dry!! here we are in JANUARY and the highs are forecasted to be in the mid-40's all week...has not even gotten below zero yet and the river has not even started to freeze over!! :cry:
