Has anyone had any experience with these danged things. I have had this thing for about 11 years. I am having a lot of trouble with hydraulic leaks. wasn't to bad the first few years but now it's going to far. One wheel motor had been causing trouble, now it is sort of under control but I can't keep the valve box and manifold that runs the header from leaking. Have done about evrything I can think of, new O-rings etc. the people in town are no help. Can't really tell where it leaks. Is it possible that the mounting bolts bottomed out and cracked something inside? Here is what I think, I believe the box it self is made of different metal then the solinoid or the fittings. when the Hyd oil get warm they expand at a different rate, eventually things get loose. Hydraulic oil under extreme pressur cuts out the seals.

Anyone have any suggestions, solutions, or just want to share their frustrations. I am starting to believe this machine is a lemon. I do not intend to be in business much longer so O can't trade it off.

I had a 2550 and never had what your talking about. They wheel motors leaked but I replaced the seals and fixed that. Does your machine have a vibration that might cause things to loosen up that might cause that.

step up to the HW320. it is a MUCH better machine, and more comortable. the 2550 that we ran was a nightmare.
