Why is the Western blot test not used first ,and I would like to see the Bse Tester's urine test also run on each animal .I have supposions that the different BSE variants are not being looked for!!!!!!!!! Even the German Bse Blood test should have been run as it can find the suspect carriers.THE OIG should be looking over their shoulders.
