Several different views of the prettiest saddle I've ever made.

Hope you all enjoyed the saddle pix and postings.

A job well done, JB.

I'd buy one of those if you would send me a horse to put it on.

Sure wouldn't be a problem Mike.

I've got horses for experienced riders, horses for those who've ridden very little and for those who've never ridden before, I've got horses who've never been ridden!

All at low, low prices!

JB....I like the looks of the saddle but I could never ride one that had that much rise in the groundseat near the swells. That was always a "nutcracker" for me. :o :(

There actually probably isn't as much as it looks. It's kind of an optical illusion, because of the way I stamped it.

Glad you enjoyed it Brad. Maybe you ought to do the same with a hat?

And by the way, I am not saying that the way I build one is the only way or even the correct way. There are probably as many different ways to build one as there are people building them. This way works for me and I'm still learning new things all the time.

Great job Jinglebob! The craftsmanship really shows up.

That is a good idea about showing the process of making a hat. I would be interested in seeing that if Brad was willing.

B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!!!!! :D :D :D
Just let me know how much you need to shipping and handling and when I can expect it in the mail.....preferrably UPS or FedEx!!!

Darn nice job, JB. Pictures makes a guy appreciate the time and care you put into your work. You're multi talented man and a real plus to this website. Thanks again for sharing it with everyone. :)

Very nice and useful looking saddle, Jinglebob. Any cowpoke would be proud to put his rear in your gear. Show us the steps in your next saddle, also. It is quite informative.

The steps to making a hat would sure be interesting. I've had several hats made by Ron Hollenbeck, who had Snake River Hats in Valentine until he passed away from cancer. It was fun to see a floppy piece of felt get shaped and blocked, and turn into fine looking headgear.

Jame Marshall at Arthur, Nebraska, makes some nice made-to-order western hats. Peach Blossom has a Marshall hat, and she likes it very well.

I really enjoyed you sharing your saddle with us JB. I have a saddle quiet similar to it...well the kids are riding it now. It was made by a saddlemaker behind bars....he has been out for a long time, thinking they said he moved up North, not real sure. But, he sure made a lot of saddles while behind them Jail bars. This one we have has barbwire stamped on it, stamped before you could actually buy the stamp. Anyway, I found it quiet interesting how you did everything, I had never seen one done before. I love seeing folks talents shown on here. I was not blessed with any creative talents :(.

Hope yall have a Great Sunday!!

Beautiful workmanship!!
Sign me up for the horse that has never been rode, since I've never ridden, that should level the playing field. Or level something.,..

AWSOME WORKMENSHIP
Thank you for sharing it was fun to see it become a beautiful piece of art.

Easty hmmm no creative talents??? uummmm Being able to tell someone the brutal truth without them getting thier feelings hurt is true talent. Telling someone to go to Hail and them look forward to the trip....True talent LOL

Saddle is cheap but it going to cost a lot to get it there. About $2800 and should be there in about a year or maybe even quiccker if you get the money to me real fast!

Nice looking saddle. It was fun watching it come together. That took a lot of cowboy hours to get it done.

Thank you all for your kind comments.

If you are interested Soapweed and I can remember to take the pictures, I'll try to do this on the next one also. It should be even better as it is going to be MY saddle and when someone calls and wants one just like it , they are going to have to pay a lot extra, if they really want it!

Might be a good idea anyway, as the next one will have a cable rigging. There were a few steps I left out, not really thinking about how to go about doing this.

Now if we can get Brad to build a hat and Denny a trailer, and maybe we'll find someone else to share what they do and how they do it. As long as we all post what it is, I guess anyone who isn't interested, doesn't have to bother with looking.

Saaaayyyyy, anyone out there who knows how to make money? Now that would be something I would be real intersted in seeing and learning! I can make anything but money, seems like! Not the actual printing, just making money!

Don't get me wrong, I ain't bragging about what all I can do, and some of the stuff I make, kind of works, but it ain't too, pretty.
