704 Lb steers

I broke my old record for the weight of my steers on sale day!!!
No implants, no creep feed, just grass and mothers milk, strait off the cow today at 704 Lb, heifers weighed 644 Lb.
Not trying to brag but I'm so happy I thought I would share.

Creighton Ne. prices are great!! But I felt the sale was a little off today.
Which in the end is all right, I don't now what I'd do If I made any more money.` :roll:
All joking aside things are pretty good, it hasn't been that long ago we were giving calves away.

That's a scale pounding sale... I hit 704 with steers, but not quite this early. My calves were born March 25th on. Didn't have a big bunch, but they sold well.
