We had 68 degrees here today in the northern Sandhills of Nebraska. It was a beautiful 27th day of January.

I've seen some wheat that is sure looking greener the last few days. Some of our irrigated sure looked that way. Starting to think we have a rerun of 2012 here :?

75 here in the Black Hills today.

I hope it's not a rerun of 2012. That was brutal.

I haven't looked at any but from the road not really yet. I planted a pivot of triticale last fall a little later than I would have liked but it was looking good. Had that cold spell in mid November got down close to zero and froze it down. Then it greened back up then burned down again end of November and into December. Not sure how many more green ups and freeze downs it's going to take. :?

Yesterday was 75 here just east of Denver. Today I think the wind is a blowin 75. Maybe not quite that fast but it is sure scootin a boogie across the prairie!
