I love cow tongue stuffed and pot roasted. Makes that wonderful dark gravy to cover your rice dressing or mashed potatoes.
But has anyone ever had cow tongue thinly sliced, battered in flour and fried? Just wondering. I've tried about everything from beef to Canada goose breast fried, but have never had cow tongue fried.
