Are there any commercial outfits running mainstream angus that have been using his or other bulls like him that you could see what the influence has done? Maybe young females in production somewhere.

Yes, we sell semen and bulls to commercial ranches that have Angus based cows. Some sell 1/2 blood bulls as commercial Angus bulls with no papers.

Most use to toughen up their Angus. Make them better foragers and hardier. Have had older guys tell me the Galloway X Angus type cow was what made Angus popular. Not the heavy milking fine boned ones you see running in some parts of the country.

Wide based with a lot of body.

Fun having a bull like this in our yard. Awesome temperament too.
