A Couple of Wintery Surprises

My drive home last night from Calgary....

The firefighter could barely stand up on the road. He was assisting the ambulance and RCMP with a rollover.
Two new surprises when I got home...As nearly as I can determine these must be from our Neighbour's Maine bull, and were conceived between 2 and 3 weeks post calving last year.

Those bulls can be a little sneaky hopping the fence, doing the job and then disappearing. It is interesting where winter is hanging on. Just a few miles south and west of me is bare as well as our ranch yet we are as are you up to our eyeballs in snow.
