A Heifer Pair at Dawn

A pretty big coyote track in the calving pasture.

Heifer Fun! This momma was just a little confused, so I'm trying to confuse the calf into thinking the cow chute is it's momma. :wink:

Storm is closin' in.

Calves after the storm. It snowed about 6 inches but the wind blew it all away. :shock:

Pulled this heifer's calf on Friday night.

Thanks WR, calving started off with a lot of snow & ice, had to rewarm the first calf on the back porch, but it melted off pretty fast once it got into March.

Nice guess Soap but actually it's an armhole to reach the latch on the other side.
