We poured a nice level water trough pad (last photo). I ordered about 4.5 yards, but the truck came loaded with 6 so we had to get a bit creative. Filled a tire trough, cemented around a well, and put some nice sloped sides on the scale and water trough pads.

your concrete form stakes look vaguely familiar

great pic's and it look's like your getting lot's of fall work done. chance of snow here tomorrow night, wed. am

Nice work :D. We borrowed a set of portable ground scales to ship the steers last Thursday, and can't imagine weighing them any other way now. Please post pics when you get it all in.

Looks like you are busy and have everything well in control, RSL. Thanks for the photos.
It's deceptive. When we have wrecks I am in too deep to take photos!!!
I am not sure who was more excited, Billy for getting home from school in time, or the driver who got to show him the truck. I am most proud of the barn, as it was built in 1917 by my Great Grandfather and is in the process of continual restoration.
