Nice tour. I enjoyed it.

What type of thistle is that? It sure makes a pretty fall photo. But I am quite sure a guy doesn't want it around, whatever it is.

Nice pictures, Mr. and Mrs. RBT. One thing about ranching, there is always a little bad that comes with the good. Condolences on the dead critter, but at least it provided opportunity for some excellent photo shots of buzzards.

We really enjoyed when one of your relatives accompanied some of my relatives and me as we traveled to Canada a couple years ago. That was a fun trip.

"Carry on" with the photos, but hopefully there will be no more "carrion" in your vicinity.

BRG I don't know exactly what that weed was. We found it around one of our watering systems. Maybe some of our plant experts can tell us. Soap, those ol buzzards got their bellies full for a few days! We've hung out with some of your kin at a few family reunions too. I imagine she will probably be reading this so I better be kind and say how wonderful a person she is! Have had a lot of fun with her and expect to have a lot more in the future. RBT

That weed is a Winged Pigweed. usually grows in waste places. It has very compact branches that look weak and fragile, but don't be fooled. I have had them wrap around the snaping rollers of the corn picker, tough to cut them out. It produces a lot of seed.
