Rye whiskey can refer to either of two types of whiskey:
1.American rye whiskey, which must be distilled from at least 51 percent rye;
2.Canadian whisky, which is often referred to (and labelled as) rye whisky for historical reasons, although it may or may not actually include any rye in its production process.
This would fall under "American Rye Whiskey"?

Folks are telling me there is a shine available in liquor stores here now, but I haven't been in to see in quite some time. I feel fortunate when the closest convenience store / post office / gas station has Crown Royal in stock, and especially lucky when they have it in 60 pounder!![]()
