Well my Midgets won both games on the weekend so were almost in the playoffs-we haven't been beaten in eight games. In fact were in now but if we can win one out of our next three or a team below us loses were in for sure. Saturday's game was the hardest game I ever coached our boys had to play one the road agaisnst just a pack of goons. It's incredibly tough watching your kids get sticked by a bunch of no talent cowards-we needed the win so the boys weren't allowed to drop the mitts and defend themselves. They basically sucked it up and and skated away and took care of business beating them 6-2. Today we had a much better game played a good hard working team but we womn 9-4. My other coach put it best-"Hard work can beat talent unless talent works hard." that sums up our team in a nutshell. Ty got hacked on his bad knee pretty bad and kicked in the face Saturday but he had a good weekend-sore but got some points.
