I took a few random shots today.

Who said the antelope won't wreck hay??? This is the first time I had seen this, but this alfalfa bale was torn up by the antelope. They have been getting in this stackyard for a couple weeks.

Nice sunny day today. It melted off some this afternoon.

A picture of a reata I purchased a couple years ago. I have been too chicken to use it in the real world. When I rope something I go to the horn hard, and I would need to learn to back off that some first.

I liked the way this honda picture turned out.

How did your snow stay put, our must have blown clear to Hyannis.

We have trouble with Muleys getting on top of Alfalfa bales, and tearing them up as well as those aggravating antelope.

Don't tell the game warden, but it's a whole lot of fun to chase the living hell out of those antelope on a nice, smooth, frozen, wheat field.

I was wondering also how come your snow stayed put in all that wind???lol Today is gonna melt off probably most of whats left which is good. Even though them "prarie goats" are a pain in the rear...that was a cool shot ya got of em...thanks again Tap

Hey Tap, I'll trade you some speed goats for elk. Having been away from the prairie for so many years, I like seeing antelope even if it's only in pictures. :)

I would like a few elk for the novelty of things, but on the other hand I have seen the damage they do. So for now, no thanks. You are welcome to come get any of our hundreds of antelope when the mood hits you. :-)

My outside pictures were taken in sheltered areas where the snow didn't move much. We have a lot of bare ground already. I would say it is 80% bare now. Pictures can definately be deceiving. It is real nice out, and water is running all over!
