I just attended a course for farm women called Annie's Project. It hit on many items related to the business a women should know, if she became a sole survivor or just to help a women understand the business better. I urge anyone to attend if it ever is in your area. The banks and different institutions paid the fee for us to attend. It was a 6 week course, we met 1 night a week. No homework, just great information.
