Here's the deal, Jiggsy...if Nebraska wins the Big 12, that automatically makes Bo Legendary Head Coach Bo Pelini, using the same criteria that was used for Bill Snyder. Bo took a team/program that had been run down into the ground, thanks to Steve Peterson and Bill Callahan, and brought it right back up to the top of the conference....in 3 years. :wink:

If we win in Dallas, Beebe doesn't need to show up there, either. We don't need him around stinking up the joint. What a way to go out, though...OU vs NU.....now there is decades long tradition, rivalry, competition, and mutual respect. As fitting as it could be.

Oh cry me a river, Jiggsy. How long before Texas doesn't want to share again? One year? Two? Three? The same scenario will take place once again...write it down. And there you'll be, hostage to the folks in burnt orange. I feel sorry for Oklahoma.
After seeing just how low Beebe will go to snub Nebraska, I feel confident that going to the Big 10 is the very best thing for us. I would rather Nebraska never win a Big 10 game than for us to stay where the conference and the commissioner is totally stacked in Texas' favor.

Well, let's see now. When the new BCS standings come out tonight the Big Ten will have three teams in the top ten. The Big 12 MIGHT have one if Oklahoma sneaks in there after beating Okla St yesterday. Kinda shoots the theory that Nebraska is switching so they can win more football games right in the old ash, doesn't it?
Jiggsy should be thanking Nebraska instead of running them down. Why, you ask? Because Nebraska lobbied the Big Ten to take Kansas State, too. They wanted at least one cupcake on their schedule that they knew they could beat up on every year. :lol: :lol:

Not much to the Big 10 after you get past those 3 teams. OSU might win their bowl game but the others will have to get lucky and go up against a weak team to win.VanC said:
