I think we experienced the warmest Easter Sunday ever today. Sorted heifers out of the Morrison Meadow bunch and put them in their calving pen. We were done with chores at noon and were in shirtsleeves and sweat. :D

6 PM it is still 65F, snow sunk a bunch today. Having a quiet supper with just the 2 of us. Expecting our grandson to let us know how the egg hunt went. Hope his Dad didn't take his shotgun.

Yup, spring has sprung, I was watchin a squall line on radar today and as it got close to the Hill country it fell apart got 2 points, I guess its gonna be dry again this year.
good luck

That's quite a bit warmer than it was here. We got up to about 50F, which is still very pleasant. Not much snow left, just a few hollows and fence rows.

Hit 68F at the cowcamp today. A pretty day for most of it and then clouded up tonight. As we came home, the thunder bumpers were escorting us around the mountain. Raining now but kinda sparse between drops. Hopefully it's change it's mind and pour. April showers will make or break our grass here.
