I hear everyday how we are in a "GLOBAL" market and must trade with the world to survive. Looks like we have regressed to how it was 20 years ago.

Mike, your charts are terrific and yet I think that they reflect only the tip of the iceberg! It took something like 14 years to climb out of that economic pit and how long will it take this time in light of the attitude within the USDA and how the international community perceives US and Canadian Beef? I am thinking that a national front is long overdue and the rights of cattle producers throughout North America should be shouted from the bloody rooftops and on that "Hill."

I would describe it as this:
