What is the #1 best advice you have gotten from this forum?

For me it was getting on a really good mineral program, it's been a couple of years and has made an amazing difference in my herd.

I think it was probably the same for me. My cattle have never looked better.

I do enjoy the grazing discussion as well. :)

Don't know if it's advice or not,,,but I've learned alot from photo's...the way they're taken,,where they're taken...and the subjects are always the best...anything Country!

hard to pick just one, but I guess I like the way the cows look after switching over to the Loomix program.

I'm not sure if it is advice, exactly, but I have learned that you get the news here days if not weeks before you get it on the "News". Straight from the horse's mouth as they say. :D :D :D

And it's usually more accurate. 8)

"Good Sunday Mornin!" from Shortgrass

Count me in as another vote for "Good Sunday Mornin"! Sometimes I don't check in here very often but I always look once a week for Shortgrass to make his post.

As far as cattle related advice and discussion goes, the mineral and feeding method threads I find most interesting. Sometimes it gets lively with a little cussin' and discussin' and that makes worthwhile reading too as long as it's kept in a friendly spirit!

I saved our operation several hundred dollars on mineral by reading about the phos mine closing. That alone makes it worth my time to check in here on a regular basis.

Same here. Mineral went from $22. /55lb bag to $39. I had bought enough for almost a year.

good point on the price jump, I called my mineral guy up after reading it and got my years worth. Went from $19.50 to $25.
