Gets my vote as the worst show on Wild TV that moron was trying to hunt yotes today-does not have a clue lol. Not Les Johnson by any means.

NR....I ran into Cody yesterday back in our hill pastures....classy young guy with a great attitude! Played 69 questions with each other for a while & directed him to some of the better lookout hills. There's several young guys out of his age group that are guiding or working in the hunt industry and it's amazing the amount of time they dedicate to scouting.

I don't think anybody gets more pumped than Cody doing a show-guiding for mulies would be my dream job. I had a chance to go work for Cabelas in Wyoming but was already ranching. Going to be some big deer taken this year for sure.

I guess the big bucks are still there...but just don't see as many deer around the last couple of years. Some say they shot out too many in the CWD draws; others say the coyotes are taking the fawns as fast as they are born.....I'd agree with that.....we are losing calves again; definate coyote kills! Perhaps we need to make shooting yotes as glamorous a TV job as deer and we could restore a balance of nature!

I guess rather than pissing about others, you ought to just get your own damned show.

I guess you could grow up too. Cowsense there aren't as many deer as there was a few years back but still a fair amount of deer. Not sure if maybe there weren't a few to many before the CWD deals. We've got lots of yotes and lots of deer up here right now. Do you know if the bounty is on this year-I've shot a couple up in the yard this last week wonder if I should collect the paws.

I gave up on growing up.

you seem to always rain on peoples parades, guy gets a nice deer, you congratulate him, but then offer how you could have done it better. or how your deer is better, ....I know you are trying to be helpful, but some times you come across as a blowhard poacher. we have some pretty nice deer herre too, even saw an elk on my place a week ago, but I just don't have the time that you seem to have to devote every living breathing moment to go track them down.

I am sure you will think I am immature, or jealous, or something, but I am tired of seeing it and saying nothing...

Well I'm sure Denny has some room in his fan club for you-not even going to dignify the poacher B'S with a response. I'm fortunate to live where there is some great deer hunting-the show battle River and I are referring too is filmed in Nova Scotia is truly is terrible. I do have a more spare time now-if you think hard you might be able to figure out why.

don't take this the wrong way, but you rarely cross my mind....except when I see a game warden, I ponder the idea that you are in Kansas filming "the great Northern Poacher" tv show

I'll do my best to put a positive spin on that....I'll keep putting up pictures when we happen to get a nice deer and you can keep living your fantasy lol.

this thread reminds me of guy i know, who grew up real fast while yote hunting.
there was a bit of snow on the ground, with a mild january wind.the hunter put on his white coveralls, white boots,make-up and camo,,then crawled up in a brush pile that had been pushed into a big ditch.

his call was a long eared live rabbit in a gunney sack.after getting settled in and comfortable,he reached in the sack to twist some ears and make his call.

after just a couple calls,a BOBCAT jumped over his shoulder and he was in a fight with a cat, that was after his call!

didn't take long to grow up,after he had to take rabies shots.
poach'n a yote can get expensive.

That's a good one. I have heard of guys having coyote sneak up behind them but never having to fight a Bobcat for his call. :D

Kola, you are above average, most fire busheses are.... not sure how the thread based on arrogance and bravado of Norther Poacher got twisted around to focus on me.....
