BIRMINGHAM -- A judge in Jef­ferson County has set a hearing for a lawsuit challenging President Barack Obama's citizenship and eligibility to be on Alabama ballots this year.

The Birmingham News reported that Circuit Judge Helen Shores has set a Monday hearing.

Birmingham resident Albert E. Hendershot wants Lee to block Obama from being certified as a candidate in Alabama. He said he has "staggering evidence" that Obama is using a forged birth certificate and a fake Social Se­curity number.

Democratic Party officials said the president's citizenship and right to serve have been proven. The White House last year released copies of Oba­ma's long-form birth certificate saying he was born in Hawaii.

Federal judges dismissed lawsuits in 2008 and 2009 challenging Obama's citizenship and right to serve as presi­dent.

and as usual instead of just presenting the two easy to obtain documents, the lawyers for Obama, claim the plaintiff has no standing..

I notice in addition to the standing issue their seems to be an attempt to intimidate the plaintiff with threats of excessive legal fees from the defendant..

but take this line of reasoning from the defendant..

"once the plaintiff parades into court a virtual battalion of experts"

Not one of them will be allowed to testify about the BC. They have never seen it, they've only seen a PDF on thier computer monitor.


"In order to prove damages I would think you would have to show any original BC to prove you were damaged, since there oviously would be no damages if the thing didn't exist.

so you have no standing because no one ever could have actually seen it because it doesn't exist? so there for you can't be "damaged or harmed by something that doesn't exist?
