While I was riding herd on the heifers- my sons wife gave birth to a 10lb 2 oz. baby girl- Kendal Faye this morning...My 6th granddaughter and 7th grandchild..

Grandma was spoiling her within minutes of arrival.. Very big girl- with a huge set of shoulders on her-- and was a tough delivery...Ended up with a broken arm- that needed splinting and will be as good as new in a couple of weeks... (need to teach the doc how to use those chains  )

  Yep- one of my sons friends asked me if that meant he was a high birth weight bull-- and I told him his BW EPD is about +5 with a -5 CED EPD... :P

I ran into town after feeding this morning and met the new granddaughter- definitely a keeper...My son was a linebacker in HS and college- and she has his shoulders and chest...
