Looking good.

The last team my wife's parents had were named Bonnie and Clyde. We fed with Molly and Toad through the 80's, wouldn't trade my cab tractor and rounders for another team.

We also fed with a team through the 80's well into the 90's,nothing like a team of horses...nothing!!!!

Thx for the pics...where did the horses come from in Alta. Yanuck?

Remington Cattle Co. in Del Bonita, our friend is the manager there, and we picked them up when we went to their bull sale mid Dec. ( I needed to stock up on Crispy Crunches!)

Thanks! I should be good for awhile as long as I ration them out, and the kids don't find my hiding spot!

OH how cool!!!!! See I could do snow (for a short while) to get to do somethin like that. Awesome!!!! And Bonnie and Clyde are beautiful.

Oh the potential for Christmas Card shots you have!!!!!

I'll bet you and Lil Lilly are already wondering if there is enough room in that pen to set up some barrels.

Dave...did you ever see the Half mile of Hell program when Chad Harden hooked up his chuck horses to a sleigh,I always said I wanted to sleigh ride with Chad when he kept his chuck horses in practice over the winter....lol

I have watched a lot of episodes of Half Mile of Hell but I haven't seen that one.
I use to help Dad's neighbor feed with a team on weekends when I was a kid. He called them Pat and Mike, his "Irish" team. Pat would strike or bite if he thought you weren't paying attention. They were pretty bad for runaways when they were fresh in the morning.
Although it has been nearly 40 years I can still hear Garry cursing at them on my way to school. And they lived nearly a mile away.

My old girls will be twenty this spring-when all my hockey coaching days are over I'd like to get a young team again. Megan has a pair of matched red roans but they're out of a bronc stud and witch of a quarter horse mare-that could be interesting. I've always wanted a pair of Clydes though!!!
