Tibbs hun, your spendin way too much time in the laundry room....them smells is gettin to ya.

   Yeah, and remember bleach + ammonia = something similar to mustard gas and can definitely kill you in an enclosed area.
sometimes it doesn't pay to get too clean.

Did you ever have a load of clothes go thru with a ball point pen?
Now there's a mess.

You can use a very teenie amount of bleach with your colored clothes. My bride taught me to splash in a quarter-cup into the water when the machine is filling. Allow it to fill about halfway, add your detergent and clothes. Never gassed myself.....yet.
Any of you ever messed with the detergent and sanitizing acid used in washing milking equipment? Mix those two and boy!!!! You're outta breath for a whole day!!!
Learned that the hard way in my milk-haulin' days.

Yesterday was Coverall washin day. I hate washin coveralls, cuz 1 pair don't fill the washin machine up...and it gets off balance...2 pair is too much and it gets off balance.........

2 pair is to much!

You have got to get a bigger washing machine!

I usually wash at least 5 or 6 pair and maybe even 7 or 8. What ever fits. 'Course, I seldom get my clothes very dirty. I am by nature a very clean person.

Oh! I just realized you said "coveralls'! I was talkin' pants. I don't have any coveralls so I don't wash them. I have a pair of lined, winter over pants and a heavy carhart coat. They get washed together with lots of soap. Wears them out quicker, but I kind of like "clean". :)

Did I mention I hate grease? :x

Speaking of pants. Here's a factoid: did you realize that pants is the shortened form of the word "pantaloons? I'd heard of pantaloons but never connected the two til recently. Just remember:
you heard it first on Ranchersnet.
So fill up yer washer, Jinglebob, with your 8 pairs of pantaloons. :D

That is one of the reasons I started using a PDA (palm Pilot). I could loose it or drop it in the tank or run over it with the tractor, but it is fast and easy (like it it will actually get done) to back it up to the computer so that even if I do such a thing, I wouldn't loose the information. Can keep lots of info with you and find it quick. after about 3 years, I have lost part of one days info.
Have considered getting one with a cell phone build in, but that kind seems kind of spendy.
