The Brazilian company Grupo Friboi confirmed yesterday that it is acquiring equity control of Swift Armour S. A. Argentina.

Grupo Friboi is a major beef exporting company. We, in the U.S., need to be putting more thought and action into how we are going to compete in the global market (and in the U.S.) in the future.
