We've been real happy with the Final Answer cattle, but then we've got alot of EXT descendents that we haven't had much of a problem with either....so what the hell do I know? :lol:

Probably 50% of our cowherd have EXT bloodlines in them, and we've never had any problems with them. I have never had any udder problems with an EXT cow! Rbt

Cal, nice looken heifers by looking at the ear tags makes me wonder are you a reg breeder.I put alot of miles on in SD IN June I put on over 3000 on in state, and I try to take adiffrent road each way looking at your picture has me wondering where you are located at. I would guess west of Carter east of Senic and south of 44 am I close at all. I would narrow it down a little more if I had a map handy.

I think the reason some have been a little leery of Final Answer is his mgs is Bon View Bando 598-- which has been identified by the Australians as one of the sires that is a Fawn Calf carrier...
So far the US labs haven't been able to isolate the exact genetic problem- so haven't named any animals yet--but I know anything with 598 in their background has folks nervous...

Thanks...these cattle are just commercial. Hiway 18, W of Martin. HQ and most building sites on the S side of the hiway. These heifers are on south. Several miles from any respectable gravel road even. Better take your camera on all of your travels....Photobucket uploads are really a snap. :wink:
