I think I've got a little more figured out over the last couple of days.

)USDA strays from World bodies "suggestions" on BSE.

)USDA gives "fringe" groups the latitude to spread fear about a neglible risk.

)Media picks up on reporting on neglible risk (check the liberal media's record on spreading fear)

)USDA is trapped in a web they don't want used against them, when it comes to trade

)"oops", already caught in web, where other countries use latitude, against the US, when it comes to trade.

)"fringe" groups use artificial fear, to try to move closer to their trade agendas

)Backfires when foreign consumers do exactly what US "fringe" groups are doing

)"fringe' groups deflect blame, by blaming the USDA and all other groups that don't believe the way they do

)World beef industry restructures, to meet goals

)"fringe" groups once again deflect blame

)North American producers lose ground, in a marketing and financial sense

)USDA wonders why no one trusts them?

)Full circle, USDA asks for trade to be based on OIE recommendations

)Industry is no closer to finding a cause of BSE

)Benefits of doing what should have been done years ago, are done a few years too late! (enhanced feed ban), in Canada anyway, USDA and "fringe" groups still burying their heads.

)Marketers of beef are willing to sell "foo foo" dust, to sell their product, and thus damaging any credibility/integrity they have left.

I'm sure I missed a few things, I'm sure they will be added.

Oh ya, 17) selling mustard is equated to BSE testing :D :D
