The man with the heifers called last night, we shipped his home a week ago. He pregged on Tue. and his cut were all bred good enough for an arm, (at least 50 days). And they were better sounding than that.
I don't remember who thought I was freaky for knowing the service dates with the bull out, but I always thought you should know when to look for calves.
Moral: enough rain+cooperative yearlings=next years beef
